Terms and conditions
Our terms and conditions will be applicable for every order placed on the Fizz Jewellery website. If you make an order you are showing that you agree with these terms and conditions, that you are an authorised user of the chosen payment method and you have enough funds to cover the cost. You are responsible for informing us about any changes to the details that you have provided. We do stress that this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We do reserve the right to change these trading conditions at any time, so please check them when you make a purchase. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check your order to make sure it is correct before confirming. A contract between Fizz Jewellery and the customer will not come into effect until we accept the order to dispatch the goods. We can at any point decline to sell the products to you.
Pricing
The price of goods is clearly stated on the website. All prices and charges on this website are in British Pounds Sterling but can be converted using the select currency feature. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods without prior notice. Unfortunately mistakes can be made, if an item has been priced incorrectly we reserve the right to supply the goods at the correct price. If at any point we realise that the price is incorrect after you have made a purchase we will give you the option by email of reordering at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Payment methods
We accept payment via Paypal, Google Checkout, Nochex and Postal Orders. If you are paying with a postal order then please select 'cheque' at the checkout. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@fizzjewellery.co.uk if you need assistance with any of our payment methods.
Dispatch and delivery time
Fizz Jewellery will attempt to dispatch your items within 3 working days after payment has cleared by your chosen payment method, however there may occasionally be delays so please allow up to 7 days for your items to be dispatched. We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail First Class Post, all worldwide orders will be dispatched by Air Mail. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery in the UK and 25 working days for delivery Worldwide.
Cancellation of order
If you received a cancellation email for your order, it was because we did not receive payment. Paypal, Nochex and Google checkout order payments need to be received within 7 days of placing order to avoid cancellation. Payment by Postal order must be received within 10 days.
We do not place holds on items.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from Fizz Jewellery!
All out items are checked thoroughly before sending, but in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, at sales@fizzjewellery.co.uk quoting your name address, order number, details of the product fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Returns and exchanges done without prior notification to us may not be processed.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded. When we have received your item and checked it we will contact you via email and advise you of when your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed which we will do via the original payment method you used. If payment is received by Paypal this will be to the account you originally used. Please note the original postal charges will not be refunded. We will send you an email to notify you and then allow another 5-10 days for the refund to be credited.

Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Fizz Jewellery web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Fizz Jewellery. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
Right to alter Terms and Conditions
The website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. Fizz Jewellery reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
Complaints/ Suggestions
We want you to be 100% happy! If you have any complaints or suggestions about our services please email us at sales@fizzjewellery.co.uk where we will be happy to assist you. Please allow up to four working days for a response. If you have any complaints we will advise you by email of the steps we are taking to resolve the complaint.
